Wasted quarters at 2 other car washes just trying to vacuum out my car. $1 here for 4 minutes and it sucked up EVERYTHING. Even Big pieces I didn't expect

The touchless wash does and excellent job when it works properly. Today the wash malfunctioned and sprayed soap all over my car but the wash cycle never took place. So, I exited the car wash with soap all over my car after paying $7.00 for a service that I never received. There was no one there managing the business to complain to or address about this problem.
